À bientôt, j'espère / Be Seeing You

Chris Marker, Mario Marret 1968 France
The major strike broke out at Rhodiaceta, a textile factory owned by the Rhone-Poulenc company in the city of Besançon, France. The strike was unusual in its forms because the workers refused to separate the labor dispute from a broader social and cultural agenda. Their demands were not only about wages and job security but also about the way of life imposed on them by society.
