Business As Usual

The film is based on real events. An assistant manager at a boutique stands up for her employee, who is being sexually harassed by the store owner. She is fired, but they picked the wrong person. Together with her family, the protagonist launches a union and public campaign, and after months of strikes and picketing, she wins.
