A film about the everyday work of activists in the "Be Like Nina" union movement. The movement was created after Nina Kozlovskaya wrote on Facebook about working conditions. At the heart of the film is Oksana, a mother of three. Oksana represents the group of women in their 40s and 50s, whom one might expect to be fully absorbed in household duties, yet her energy is enough to inspire and motivate many others. Need a lawyer? She'll go. A seminar? No problem. Explaining how to fight for rights? She’ll take someone by the hand and guide them. Healthcare workers decide to stage a picket during wartime, a decision that commands respect.
