Gewerkschaften in der Zeitenwende / Trade unions at a turning point in history
As a consequence of a redistribution of resources from the social to the military, attacks on the welfare state are to be expected. A social climate characterized by inflation, deindustrialization, and the dismantling of social welfare does not strengthen the demands of the trade unions. but those of entrepreneurs and corporations. The military restructuring of public services leads to disruptions in the provision of education, public transport, and healthcare to the population. Furthermore, rearmament and wars will accelerate global warming and make climate collapse more likely.
