Love and Hate

Set in Donbass in 1919, the miners abandon the village with the retreating troops of the Red Army. White Army soldiers have moved into the miners' shacks. Denikin’s troops are in need of coal, and mining has been resumed. The women work under the soldiers' guard. Struggling with hunger, violence, and injustice... When news reaches the women that the Red Army is on the move, they decide to fight back.
