Occupy, Resist, Produce – RiMaflow / Occupare, Resistere, Produrre – RiMaflow

The film follows the workers of RiMaflow, a former Maflow car-parts plant in Trezzano sul Naviglio near Milan. After the factory was closed following a fraudulent bankruptcy, former workers occupied the plant and began to reinvent it as a self-managed project. Together with precarious workers and people from a nearby closed factory, they recycle computers and household electronics, run a bar and cafeteria, organise markets and cultural activities, and build alliances with local producers. The film follows their everyday work, political discussions and efforts to develop production without an employer.
