Rudá záře nad Kladnem

Red Glow over Kladno is the third novel by Antonín Zápotocký, published in 1951. It deals with the history of the workers’ movement in Kladno in the years 1918–1920. During the period of communist rule in Czechoslovakia, it was presented as a highly significant work. In 1955, director Vladimír Vlček made a film of the same title based on the book.
