The mafia is plotting an assassination attempt on Gordon Lehman, the leader of the "International Dockworkers' Union," who is rushing to a congress of Russian dockers to involve them in all-European dockworkers' strike. The task of the FSB special forces group "Typhoon," deployed for the mission, is to prevent the assassination and identify the killer.
