The film deals with the struggle of labor of the paint factory workers. Ekrem is a worker in the paint factory. His closest friend Turgut is the son of Şeref Bey, the owner of the factory. Workers complain about working conditions. When the layoffs begin, the workers' union decides to strike. But with the unexpected death of Mr. Şeref Bey, the strike is interrupted. His son Turgut passed the head of the factory. However, there is no change in the working conditions of the workers. When the promises are not kept, the workers decide for the second time. Many obstacles expect the workers looking for their rights.
